Good Food for Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease

Genesis 1:29 NIV 

Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 

Genesis 2:8-9 NIV

(8)  Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

(9)  The LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground–trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Daniel 1:12-15 NIV

(12) “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink.

(13) Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.”

(14) So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days.

(15) At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.

We Control Our Cholesterol & Glucose with Food – No Drugs!

Wow!  What a story Rhonda and I have to tell you about getting healthy by simply making the right food choices.  We have lowered cholesterol, moved A1C into the perfect zone, increased energy, reduced our weight into the ideal zone, improved our skin, and so many other positive things!  All of this, and we do not take any prescription or over the counter drugs!

What did we do?  We started eating primarily from Dr. Esselstyn’s plan above.  At times we use some of Dr. Goldner’s smoothies to “hyper up” our nutrition!

Many tell us they have a good diet and are concerned about not getting enough protein or needing fat for the brain, but show me your blood test on any other diet!  Has it been proven to reverse heart disease?
